„Cook's Country from America's Test Kitchen“ je půlhodinový pořad o vaření, který se v USA vysílá na veřejnoprávních stanicích (reprízy běží na Create) a je dostupný i na většině kanadských trhů. Moderují ho Julia Collin Davisonová a Bridget Lancasterová. Pořad je propojený se stejnojmenným časopisem a jako kulisy slouží časopisecká testovací kuchyně v Brookline v Massachusetts. Mateřská firma Cook's Illustrated, Boston Common Press, si sice ponechala svůj název, ale od roku 2004 nabízí své nakladatelské a mediální aktivity pod značkou America's Test Kitchen.
